Tagged.

My friend Annie tagged me for this little meme, but I have done one that is really similar. I will just to the parts that may be a little different.

10 years ago:
Ten years ago was hard! My brother, Mike, was in a sledding accident on Jan. 1st. He was in a coma, and I remember the first time I saw him so clearly. My Dad was in the room with me, and was wiping Mike's head with a washcloth. Then I had to sit, because I was going to pass out. My Dad came over to me, and started wiping my head with the wash cloth! I believe he had opened his eyes by this time (Jan. 31st), but was still not responding to much. My parents both lost their voices the first week from the shock of his accident, and took turns being by his side through this time. I was still working at Contempo at the Cottonwood mall, and was able to come and see him at the hospital quite a few times since I was already in close to SL. This is when I gained a true testimony of compassionate service. My parents ward fed our family EVERY SINGLE NIGHT...for more than a month! At the time there was four totally capable young adults in the house, and my Grandma down in the apt. The meals still came, and when my Mother or Father would come home to a home cooked meal, and children fed, you could see the gratitude in their faces.
I was just about to turn 20. Lincoln had proposed to me just before Christmas. We were excited to be newly engaged.

Fun to learn some new things about you! The cricket story reminds me of the time I stepped on a little tree frog with my bare feet when I was in Mississippi. Can I just say willies?!?! The flower pictures are so pretty! I love the dew drops! Looks like baby girl room decorations to me! :)

Ohhh, here are your flower pictures. =) Perfectly pink and beautiful. And of my favorite flower too.

And by the way, the cricket thing sent shivers up and down my spine. If I step on one with my shoes on, I go down screaming. I can't even imagine. All I have to say is, GROSS!!!
