how much longer....
I don't know about this house selling business.
Today I had a showing from 1:30 to 2:30. Nap time. That is okay because Simone can nap in the car. Talia was at preschool so I was doing the last minute staging of the house while Simone crawled around. Her favorite toy is the dog dish, so I keep having to fish her out of that. She crawled up several stairs and I had to rescue her from there. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, and put her in her carseat (she is still in her carrier). She screamed her little head off while I mopped the floor. Then we were out the door. I came back home to a message left at 1:49 that the showing had been canceled by the agent.
So Simone slept in the car for a very short hour, instead of like this.....

I checked your blog and I have missed so many posts!!! When you post you POST!!!! I love reading about your stories and happenings. And, I can TOTALLY relate about showing the house! I think when we were selling our house about a year ago that I would completely go nuts! (and I only had ONE kid!!!). It is so hard!!!! And, I can relate about having a bad week with a kid (Lucy). Some weeks are Diamonds, and some weeks are stones. You are so fun and patient and beautiful. Just rememeber that. And, I need to talk to Wyatt. WHAT bumps could he be talking about???? You are gorgeous!!
Oh, and I just remembered two tips from when we were selling the house. We had fresh flowers out, and we had a little bowl of treats for the people who were coming to look at the house. The realtors commented about how they and the potential buyers liked that.
Good luck!!

Oh Jeri...next week will be better! You have date night coming up too. Just get to the end of the week =) I can't believe that Wyatt-what a boy! But I know he loves his mommy!!
Good luck showing the house! I like the candy dish idea!
Oh, I loved this picture! SO SWEET!! Silly house shoppers. I will try not to do the same thing to people this week. :-)
This house selling business sounds tough! Such a guessing game. I am so curious to hear about the INSIDE of that perfect house! I hope you get it!
I love this picture!! Oh my what a cute girl.
Holly, I have lots of fresh flowers around the house. I even have roses in my bedroom. I love it. I will try the treats! It won't hurt that is for sure. =)
